Strategic Benefit Planning
We participate in developing a strategic benefit plan with our clients. We have the ability to provide analysis of existing plans, offer modifications, structure new plans, provide cost estimates and when appropriate, support recommendations to administration.
We coordinate the entire enrollment process including assisting with scheduling meetings, facilitating meetings, providing all printed material, completing all paperwork, and providing all payroll deduction summaries. It is our goal to significantly reduce HR's workload.
We are very hands-on with all of our clients which helps alleviate the administrative burdens from the HR department. If there are any issues or questions concerning coverage, bills, claims, etc., we are able to step in and assist in every way we can.
We are here to inform your employees of the benefits that are available to them. We want to make sure that they have the best policy to fit their needs. It is important that employees understand what policies they are enrolling in and don't enroll for something that they do not need.
