Worksite Resources was founded in 1999 by Stephen J. Worgan with the idea that rarely do core benefit programs (major medical, company-paid disability, etc.) and worksite programs (voluntary life, disability, etc.) work in conjunction with each other. In fact, in most cases, these plans are in direct conflict. We believe that when offered correctly, these plans should and will complement one another. Worksite Resources provides expertise in creating a benefit strategy including, but not limited to, implementation, a full range of products, creative benefit designing, enrollment services, and professional levels of service.
Incorporating strategies that assure our clients are taking advantage of existing benefit cost containment programs in addition to reducing the total outlay of worksite programs has proven to be extremely effective. These strategies and a "service-driven" approach are vital components of Worksite Resource's success.

President
Stephen J. Worgan
Stephen J. Worgan previously worked for the 6th largest broker firm in the country and realized firsthand that clients could get ignored or made to feel as if they weren't important, essentially, clients were often a small fish in a big pond. As a result, Worksite Resources was created with the belief that clients should be treated as if they are the big fish in a small pond. Stephen is a licensed broker in North Carolina. He is an independent broker and not affiliated with any insurance company, third-party administrative agency or provider network. He has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years.

Matthew Worgan
Matthew Worgan joined the Worksite Resources team in July of 2021 and plans to run the company upon Steve's retirement. Matt is also in the Georgia National Guard and is very involved with the military community. " I joined Worksite Resources because I wanted my father to see the company he worked so hard for continue to prosper even after his separation. Growing up, the military is always something I've had a deep passion for but after working for my father I quickly realized that helping others through insurance is where I truly belong. I have an extremely positive outlook on life and am excited to meet current and future clients."

Selena Young
Selena Young works on the front line of every claim that comes through Worksite Resources. Working in our service department gives her the ability to see what goes on behind the scenes. Whenever clients call our office they are greeted by Selena and assured they are in good hands. " I enjoy helping people and I have seen firsthand how the insurance process can become bogged down with questions and slow-moving carriers. For this reason, my ultimate goal is to get answers to needed questions as quickly as possible and always respect anyone that chooses to call our office."
